Broad Court Property Management Ltd is one of Birmingham's largest letting agents based in Selly Oak, specialising in student, residential and professional lettings and property management.
The company was established in 1982 by Dr. Henry Southworth, then a lecturer at the University of Birmingham. He used his experience to create a very personal management service tailored to the local student lettings market. Since then the company has expanded considerably, offering a wide variety of student accommodation in the surrounding areas of Birmingham University and sister companies now let out properties throughout the West Midlands and beyond including villas in Spain.
Our spacious offices are located on the main Bristol Road in the heart of Selly Oak, a very short walk from the main Birmingham University entrance.

I rented a property from Broad Court for my third year at university and was impressed by the method of management they offered. There was no faffing with landlords, I was able to inform them of any issues and they would sort them as soon as they could.
